*CDA Registration Module (Step One)

This is the CDA registration module. The information from this module will help us to guide you. Once you complete the information, we will put you into your first of six sessions. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This price only includes the cost of training.
2. The student is responsible for purchasing the textbook from the CDA Council, required materials and cost of the assessment with the CDA council. More details will be provided.
3. No refund will be granted unless the class is canceled by The TJac Group
4. You will have access to a trainer via email throughout the course
5. You will be enrolled in the class within 8-hours of submitting your payment
